Procurement and Tending and The Role of Dubai Architects

The people who have their heads covered when it comes to constructing skyscrapers in Dubai have no clue about the qualifications of the Dubai architects and it is in their hands to choose a specific architect or designers to work on the project. These people have little idea of the process of procurement and tendering. It is here that they make the biggest mistake by choosing an architect that is not qualified for the job.
Methodologies such as procurement and tendering are based on rules and regulations. Every company has its own set of rules and procedures. These companies take help from qualified professionals to formulate their own rules and procedures.

Exploring Architecture in Dubai
Qualification can be defined as the capability to understand the functioning of a system and to understand how and why a system works. This is the basic requirement of any architect.
These rules and regulations do not define the role of the architect. They just have a guideline on how and when the architect can complete his work. These rules may be weak in their quality and impact on the work of the architect but these rules do not constrain the architect much.
Every company has its own set of criteria to judge the quality of the architect before they can appoint him or her as the dependable architect. The company will evaluate the architect's suitability through the feedback from his previous projects. These projects can be projects done by the company or by other third parties.
It is here that the entire thing starts and these criteria form the basis of the entire architecture process. The expectations of the client are also the basis of the process of procurement and tendering. If the architect fails to meet the expectation of the client then he or she will fail to get the contract.
There are also many other factors that influence the procurement and tendering process but the client expectations are the key point that most of the contractors base their bids on. So, if the contractor is not able to meet the client expectations they do not have a chance to grab the contract. If the contractor meets the client expectations, then they have a chance to grab the contract.
Architects are concerned with the building itself and only the client's expectations and the building's structure are there to ensure that everything works smoothly. The process of procurement and tendering just form the base for the entire project. It is important that the developer and the client understand the technicalities involved in the whole project and the requirements of the project.
